I'm still all for paying for the dish - goodness knows what Dad & Aunt Mary would do if they didn't watch TV.
I am fine as well with continuing to pay for the dish as long as if we decide to get another joint gift it is not too expensive or we decide that each family can decide on what/if they want to get an additional gift.
Just let me know what everyone else would like to do so we can figure it out as people are doing their Christmas shopping.
