So we figured out everything for Christmas yesterday at Mary's house. Here is the plan
Celebrate Christmas on December 26 out at the farm. Eat around 1pm. Instead of a formal sit down meal we all decided to have a more casual, appetizer type meal. Then we'd just hang out the rest of the day eating & playing games.
Since it doesn't look like there is going to be a Plummer Christmas this year we decided to do the White Elephant on the 26th. So, however many people in your family want to participate then bring out that many number of White Elephants.
Here is what is listed that everyone is bringing for food:
Linda - Ham for sandwiches (will you get the paper products?)
Julie - Rolls & Wontons
Mary - Ham & Spinach Roll Ups, Death by Chocholate & Cheesecake
Katie - Veggie, cheese & dip tray, Christmas cookies & party potatoes (may change those out for another finger type food but we'll see)
Susan - Fritos & Dip, Shrimp Cocktail
Gabby - Ginger bread & Enchilladas
Sarah - we were thinking that maybe you guys could bring the soda - will that work??
We also drew names for the kids gift exchange. Each couple is buying 2 gifts, so each kid will get one gift. The gift should be in the $15-$20 price range. We will exchange gifts on the 26th. So if you need some suggestions for the kids you are buying gifts for just call, e-mail or post stuff on the blog.
For Gus we decided that all 6 couples would put in $5 and we'd get one gift from all of us. Gabby is going to give me some suggestions and then I'll get the gift for him. I need money from Julie, Susan & Sarah - you can just pay me the $5 at Christmas.

My girls are still little to me. They still wear clothes they wore when
they were 4. They still cherish their blankets and stuffed doggies. ...
